Both are possible, but they are two separate aspects: housekeeping in the tenant's accommodation and maintenance of the building's common areas.
Yes. A customer can access the service directly on the site, without going through a partner manager.
The payment method depends on how the client accesses the service. If the service is provided through a partner manager, a portion may already be included in the plan established with that manager. If the client registers directly on the website, they follow the direct plan offered by Propre Immeuble+.
Yes. The site is designed to allow for a clear and quick estimate based on the visitor's needs.
